Few laptops support a graphics card upgrade, but some do - depending on the model number.  Please post the model number.  There may be an external graphics card that can be used with an external adapter, also.

The only HP notebooks that have removable graphics cards are some of the HP ZBook business class mobile workstations that cost in excess of $1,500 USD.  The graphics cards cost several hundred dollars as well.

If you have a HP notebook other than one of those, the graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
