Hi:
In the future, it is best to just post one or two related questions in one post.
I doubt any one person here can answer all of the questions you asked.
I can answer the first two:
Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
Your notebook cannot run W11 because the Intel Core i3-5005U processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements of a minimum of an Intel 8th generation core processor.
Another W11 hardware requirement is your notebook must have a TPM 2.0 security device, which it doesn't have.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
