Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi have a dock usb-c with usb 3, rj45 and hdmi port. Actually its connected lan, keyboard and exeternal mouse.

I attempt to  connect external display to hdmi but this report no signal.

I attempted with function key  F4 but no result. It's possible to obtain signal to external monitor attached with a dock usb-c?
