Product: HP Notebook - 14-dq0002dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Notebook - 14-dq0002dx that came with the minimum RAM and I desperately need to upgrade it to the max allowed.  I have spent hours on HP's site to no avail trying to find the specs on this notebook.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the appropriate RAM for this machine or a link to HP's page?

It has 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. You can REPLACE it with a 8GB stick (max) using compatible RAM such as:

 

         https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct19541201
