I can't change Bios to ACHI. 

MY notebook is Envy 15-j122tx

 

Am I need to disable Intel rapid start technology in UFEI, before installing windows 10 on Samsung SSD 850 pro and will Samsung SSD 850 pro performance will be affected since my notebook bios don't support ACHI mode?

AHCI....you are reasoning backwards. There is no setting in the BIOS to enable AHCI because it IS AHCI and you could not disable it if you wanted.
