Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am not able to finalize the installation of scanner Canoscan lide 300.  The final phase of the setup remains in stand up. Please note that this scanner requires 4.5 W when scanning in progress, and apparently requires a USB port 3.0. Please note also that the same device has been successfully installed in my desktop I5 - Windows 11. Help !
