Hello ,, 

 

Sorry to reply for old post , but i face same issue i have NFC port and Fingerprint port in motherboard , 

i am planning to add this sensors to my device . but there is no bios setting for this ports .

 

Did you solve your issue , or i must didnt think .

After deep searching it look that HP locked the BIOS option following for device model to disble this port  , so this request help from HP to provide us new update for BIOS to enable this disbaled port . 

 

But no one from HP give us help to activate this ports , realy bad support

Installing NFC module is authorized service provider procedure not customer self-repair.

Obviously there're another steps to get it working like programming/flashing EEPROM or something like this.
