What bolt you need to attach the ssd to the laptop, there is where to attach it, but the bolt itself is not in the laptop. SSD models m2 key m.

Here is the Service Manual:
Sounds like you have already opened it and see this inside:
So you found the slot but there was no mounting screw on the post at the right end of the space for the SSD? So you cannot bolt the SSD into the laptop?

@Dmitry2819 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you would like to install an SSD.
I have checked the manual ( page number 2)
Supports all 7 mm/7.2 mm/9.5 mm, SATA 2.5" HDDs HP 3D DriveGuard Support for second drive 7 mm and 9.5 mm share the same bracket.
In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
