P does run battery recall and replacement programs, but eligibility can vary depending on the region, product family, serial number, and manufacturing batch. The CT number alone is not enough for us to confirm whether your unit is included in any active recall.

To assist you properly, I will need to check your device details in our system.

🔐 Please share the following (privately):

  • Laptop Serial Number (S/N)
  • Product Number (P/N) or model name
     

Once I have this information, I’ll verify:

  • Whether your device is part of any active HP battery recall
  • If a free replacement is eligible
  • All available service options for your region
