Check with Device Manager for the driver version, , I ask: Did you buy the single antenna wi-fi card?

Hello, here's an update. I noticed that my dad's laptop uses the same network card model, so I thought that switching cards might be a good way to figure out where the issue was. Surprisingly, both cards worked, so I decided to keep them switched.
Thank you so much for your help!
