Product: Spectre 360xconvertable 15 chxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upgrade to Windows 10 1902 keeps sending msg : Bios upgrade needed for upgrade. However HP web site states a bios upgrade is not available.
