I have HP Probook 440 g3 windows 10  , 64bit
I want to ask about 3 issues please

1st: how to know if I do need to change my battery and that its the reason for some issues in my laptop like sudden stop full freeze ,etc ? because sometimes it stop charging by itself and back working by itself !

2nd: my finger print sensor never work properly , even after cleaning it and my finger , some time it work and mostly no it doesn't recognize me , is it about driver or what ? and which I should install ?

3rd: I want to buy a backlit keyboard with a silver frame , and I found many , so can you please let me know which keyboard with a silver frame and backlit compatible with my hp probook 440 g3 ? and will it work with backlit and all functions normally ?
