Hello, the keyboard of my Pavilion is not working on Windows 10 rel. 21H1, I tried to uninstall the keyboard drivers and let the OS automatically install them but no hope, I did the hardware test defined on BIOS and the keyboard works properly so it seems a driver problem with windows OS.
Any help is appreciated.
thanks

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately I nave not solved yet, I nave the latest BIOS firmware eg. F18-A, I did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 but nothing, the procedure did not install the original version but I think it doesnt matter because I tried to boot from an ubuntu usb stick and the keyboard and touch pad still do not work, but they work properly from within the boot tools, weird!
Maybe I could try a downgrade of the bios firmware but I don't know where to find it.

Hi@becio,
`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
