My laptop HP Pavilion 15 can no longer be closed. The right corner seems to be stuck. If I try to close the screen, it will break.

Hi @CR251,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I am sorry you're experiencing issues with your HP Pavilion 15 laptop. It sounds like there may be a problem with the hinge or the casing that is preventing the screen from closing properly. Here are some steps you can try:

Inspect the Hinge:

  • Carefully examine the hinge area for any visible obstructions or damage. Look for any loose screws or debris that might be causing the hinge to not close properly.

Exercise Caution:

  • If the hinge appears to be stuck, it’s important not to force it, as this could cause further damage.

Kindly share the image of the laptop in a private message for further assistance.
