buyed it on 24 july. on july 26 onwards started freezing randomly contacted hp they told to recover os using hp cloud by making bootable pendrive done this also then also after 1week it has started freezing randomly.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating) 

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

First up all thanks sir for your time. My windows and all drivers were up-to date already through windows update and hp support assistant. but BIOS was not up-to date but today only updated it. if issue arrives further i will inform u pls stay in touch.

ECHO_LAKE   issue is not solved after installing new os told by hp it freezed again told hp they send a enginner he update the bios then also it is freezing so I have asked for the unit replacement.

Actually two enginner has visited my site one by one . the first guy installed new os by recovery after two days it frezzed agin again i contacted hp they send me another enginner he updated bios and said now its fine but agin got the same isssue another day only. so its enough now its a new laptop and i was facing issue since 26 of july and i had contacted hp on 26 july only they take it as a minor issue thats why i m facing this issue till now so its enough i want to replace my unit beacuse it cost me aroung 121k  and as a premium customer i want this replacement.
