Is it possible to replace a keyboard on an HP Spectre S/N #5CD7430FJG Product #Z4Z38UA#ABA Model #8265NGW if so, what is the approximate cost parts and labor? Thank you!

I asked whether it was possible to do.  Surely, you are allowed to tell me this.

Any keyboard can be replaced, but in some model laptops, it requires the complete replacement of the whole top of the laptop, not just the keyboard.  I do not know which models require this, nor do I have access to that information -- or I would have answered your question in the first place.

If you are able o contact a Service Center, they can tell you what is involved and what it will cost.
