Pavilion 15-cd2082tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my name is hemanth. I bought a hp pavilion 15-cs2082tx laptop for my engineering study. I was very excited as I had trust in hp just after  months I started hearing some sort of sound while opening and closing the laptop I think it was a manufacturing issue. I contacted the hp team first they sent me a bazel but the techinician came to onsite visit and told it was hinges and lcd back cover problem and he told me it might be a manufacturing issue and he ordered hinges etc . After 1 week of continues contacting the service centre they told me that the photos took by techinician are not valid and they told they will vist my home again. They came dismantled my laptop bent all the hinges and took photos and told I will get the spares in 1 week once they get approval. But after 2 weeks they told me that the issue is not covered in waranty and I should pay charges to get the spares. My reaction was what when first I got bazel under waranty why I will not get hinges and lcd back cover in waranty. I never misued laptop or thrown it accidentally. I saw in quora and google many people getting it done for free but why not me. I hope some one response to this message and make my laptop repair for free of cost as it is in waranty and it was a manufacturing defect.

Thank you.
