Having problem locating and installing driver update for HP Pavilion g series laptop.  spent over an hour looking on HP Assistant page and no results.  goes in circles asking same questions, over and over with no  results.  Not user friendly!

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number, or use this guide for how to find that info...
