HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

hello, i'm looking for a new laptop charger as mine got damaged and needs to be replaced. my laptop is a HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-bd0xxx, and using HP PartSurfer the charger it says i need is a 65W AC ADAPTER NPFC 3PIN RC 4.5MM. the closest thing i can find on the HP store is the HP 65W Smart AC Adapter, but i just want to make sure that it's compatible with my laptop before i buy it. thanks in advance.

@rbmay,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

The HP charger's part number for an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV) is: L24008-001 "A/C Adapter - 65W, nPFC SLIM, 4.5mm, 1.8M".

Please verify that the charger's Connector Type is a so-called Blue Tip: 4.5mm×3.0mm.

Rather than a barebone 65-watt charger, I would recommend a 90-watt charger (19.5V 4.62A 90-watt) as it will run cooler and can provide a little extra juice if necessary, such as this Amazon-US purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/L24008-001-TouchSmart-937532-850-710413-001-937520-002/dp/B0DJVQPFPL/ref=sr_1....

You'll have to ascertain to select a similar charger in your country.

thank you for the reply!

closest i can find is this one:

https://amzn.asia/d/6dkIIZW

would that work? looking up the product number on the amazon app (i’m australian) only gave me that 65W adapter, but i’m fine with just using the barebones one since it’s the same as my old one.
