Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

so i went to the hp help centre to change my fan and once they did it they didnt screw the screws properly. Now i have lost these screws can i replace these locally ? will my warranty be affected? Also i ve lost the rubber things on the backside of my laptop which cover the screws are those required?
