so basically i have this laptop which makes unusually loud sounds because of the fan. I've searched up many ways to reduce the fan noise but they just never work.  I've tried updating the BIOS, clearing the dust, changing the things in the power options section, closing applications, and tried other stuff that i don't remember. btw the fan sounds like its banging on something and sometimes sounds like its buzzing and the fan seems to be loose a bit, I'm just trying to get some help with what i can do in the laptop before taking it to a shop thingy.

If the fan is banging, rattling, or buzzing, that is almost certainly a hardware failure in the fan bearings -- and the only way to fix that is to have the fan replaced.
