yes its connected, I've tried several times to unmount and mount the drive physically but still the problem persists. Earlier when i installed the chipset utility and mei driver you provided it temporarily reconnected then after restarting it disappeared again..

 

that drive's health is ok/good last time i checked it thru crystal disk info

ikr, it used to be the drive where my OS is installed but since it suddenly acted strangely like that..i was forced to reinstall windows to the pny 1tb..would really appreciate if you could help me on fixing it. I've also checked the official site for it but there's no firmware update for it
