Hi,

 

Officially the PC supports max 16GB of  DDR4-2400Mhz RAM (2x8GB) as you can see in service manual on page 1:

However HP DDR4 systems will run with 32GB of RAM (2x16GB)

 

On page 25 of service manual you can see various steps to upgrade RAM.
