I believe your machine is an Notebook HP - 15-bs042la.  (with zero). Its specs

      https://support.hp.com/bo-es/product/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412/model/18162096/document/c0565263...

Currently it has

     12 GB de SDRAM DDR4-2133 (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB)

It supports 16GB of RAM max thet means you can replace 1 x 4GB stick with 1 x 8GB stick to make 2 x 8GB. Some members said they can upgrade to 32GB. If you had money to burn you can try at your own risk.

More information (page 2) of the following manual

HI @Banhien.

Thank you so much for the information, and the user manual. I was able to update the ram today to a 16gb (2x8GB DDR4-2400 2133Mhz) configuration as specify by the manual.

When doing so and after reading the manual, i realize the computer can use a dual drive solution SSD+HDD.  (page 3) and also has the hardware to do so (pins and screw included)

m2.1.PNG

m2.2.PNGm2.3.PNGm24..PNG

But im a little lost about the specificacions the user manual give me. Page 3 and 58. not sure if i can use both M.2 + HDD and what king of M.2 module im able to use.

If possible to use, my go to module will be a Crucial Mx500 http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct500mx500ssd4    500gb or 1tb if possible.

not sure if the crucial is compatible or if it is not sure if i can go with the 1tb version.

thank you so much again for the help whit the previous topic. and one again thank you so muf for answer this new question.

have a great day.

greetings from Nicaragua
