Hi everyone...

I added 8Gbyte memory module...originally installed 4Gbyte.

I checked system information program by use 'CPU-Z' before added ram module.

I saw 'single channel like Pic. But didn,t change to dual channel automatically.

I wadering how can i change channel mode...

Or is it doesn't support dual channel?

No it won't. From the image I can see two RAM slots are NOT the same

 

(a) Different capacity (4GB and 8GB)

(b) Different speed   (2400MHz and 2132MHz).

 

To be able to get FULL benefit of dual channel mode you need both slots have SAME RAM (same capacity, same speed and few other factors)

 

New RAM is automatically be downgraded to 2132MHz to MATCH the existing RAM.

Your mean...must same spec is can change dual channel automatically?

Yes,,,you are right...

I forgot what use dual channel conditions...

I'ii buy new one same spec.
