Hello!
basically installed 4gbyte memory in my laptop and i added 8Gbyte.
Then dosn't work dual channel. At that time was my mistake....like below pic.
I wanted dual channel so i replaced 8Gbyte memory module on slot 2.
I bought and installed same specification slot 1 and 2. But working single channel still like below pic.
What is wrong? Please sugesst me solution!
Thanks!

Ok. Taking a closer look at the problem. Your model is actually the 15-aw002cy (you added an extra zero)
Your notebook has a Stoney Ridge CPU AMD Dual-Core A9-9410 APU
The notebook does not have dual-channel mode as you can see on page 2 of the service manual

Hope it helps,

Hi,
Ranks are something else.
If in CPU-Z you go to TAB "Memory" you should see the channel#.
Hope it helps,
David

You're welcome.
Yes, on page 48 of the service manual you can see the various system boards and part numbers. You can search with part number online (eBay) and find a compatible model (one of the ones in the list)
If you replace with one with dedicated graphics "card" and RAM you will also need to replace the heatsink (page 43)
In my opinion these two would be the best
You would need this heat sink:

Hope it helps,
