Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the maximum memory that be installed on this device.?   At the present there is  8GB RAM installed  .  My guess is that there are 2 slots ( ie 1 open currently) for a maximum of 16 GB .  Just wanted to confirm in advance since the memory resides  beneath the mother board (which has to be unscrewed and flipped over to acesss the RAM-  how convinient) ..unlike the SSD and battery which are acessible when the front keyboard is removed. Thanks.

It has 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM) and supports 16GB (2 x 8GB) max. You can simply add SAME existing RAM to slot 2 or use compatible RAM such as:  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b/ct10452819
