In my Zbook 14 (ubuntu native), I currently have 16Gb and I'd like to upgrade it till 32, can I? If yes, what memory do you suggest me to get?

Here is the Service Manual:
Supports 16384 MB of system RAM-see p. 3
You have as much memory as it will take.

AS we have properly understood your issue you want to increase the ram of your computer in unbuntu opearting system?
PLease follow these steps:
First, shut down your computer and unplug all of the cables connected to it. Then remove the side of the computer case so you can access the motherboard. The RAMslots are adjacent to the CPU socket. Look for the big heat sink at the top of the motherboard, and you'll see either two or four memory slots next to it.

PLease read this information proprerly:
- Find Out If Your Computer Needs More RAM.
- Find the Right Kind of Memory.
- Open the Panel to Locate Your Memory Banks.
- Ground Yourself to Avoid Electrostatic Discharge.
- Remove Any Memory in the Upper Slot.
