hp 15-bs289wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I just bought this laptop not too long ago and it seems to struggle with speed. I'm not too familiar on how to upgrade the memory or where to even begin looking on how to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You purchased an entry level laptop with an Intel Pentium Silver N5000 processor.

The HP 15-bs289wm is an entry-level laptop which only has enough power for productivity software.

It will always be "slow", even if you upgrade the memory and swap the legacy hard disk for an SSD.
