as you can see in the picture; my laptop has a distinct wear pattern after only a couple months of use. I first noticed these scratches only one month into using the device. When you map these scratches to the keyboard, you can see that it's the part above the trackpad and 2 places just next to it that are the culprits. Because i have taken good care of my laptop since day 1, i think this might be a design flaw, any others with the same problem? (i've already contacted hp support and they're investigating the matter, however more people having the same problem would support my theory)

Working with support, but they have responded quickly and my system is getting shipped in soon to for evaluation and repairs. I plan to put a screen protector if my screen is replaced and maybe some gel dots on body to keep screen away from body when closed.
