I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx laptop and a HP USB-C TRAVEL DOCK . I recently updated the laptop BIOS to the latest version and the HP USB-C TRAVEL DOCK stopped working.
I would be very grateful for any suggestions on how I can get it working again.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. I have a problem communicating in that I suffer from ALS and I am located in a hospice in Japan. I cannot talk because I am on a respirator so my only means of communication is by email. HP does not provide email support so this community is my last resort.
Can you please connect me to a support person who can help me by email or just pass the information on to me.
It is important that I get the travel dock working so any help would appreciated.
