Hello HP Community,

I am using an HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K4AV) running Windows 11. Recently, my laptop’s battery has completely stopped working (it no longer charges and the laptop only works while plugged in).

I want to replace it with an original HP battery that is 100% compatible with my notebook model. Could you please guide me on:

  1. The exact part number/model number of the original battery for the HP 250 G8.

  2. The best way to purchase it (official HP store, certified resellers, or service centers).

  3. Any tips on installation – is it user-replaceable, or should I contact HP service directly?
