when i plug in my laptop while its off, it doesnt charge but shows charging icon only when its o n without increasing

Hi @faithene 

 

probably the battery is damaged, make a test, when turning on the device press several times the F2 key, make the battery test then and see if there is a fault ID or it is approved.
