Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY laptop take long time to start and use other application is it advisable to upgare to SSD to increase performace

Yes there is no debate on that. An SSD will be a much better experience. Post back if you want details on how to do it. But even with a 5400 rpm hard drive it should not be painfully slow. Maybe something else going on.
