My 2017 Spectre laptop used to have a support area for drivers and BIOS updates, and now it's missing in action. I go to support, enter the serial number, click submit,  and get:

 

Software and drivers for
HP Spectre 13-v021nr (ENERGY STAR)

We were unable to find drivers for your product.

HP Recommended

If I click the 'manually choose operating system' option and pick the only option, then the support page for this model is revealed. Kindof a weird website behavior.
