new battery

Absolutely impossible to get message through to the right people at hp that can inform me of the right battery. Just going around in circle all the time and the forum is not much better. This is the second issue with this laptop as I wanted to find out integrated camera software as image device is not in device manager and camera does not work. All I got was update drivers ffs there are no drivers in the manager to start with. Getting a bit fed up with stupid answers to wel explained questions. Now need new battery as old one passed its sell by date. One more time I give you model number, serial number and country. Ireland, product number. N7k06ea#abu serial number5cd5435vx9. Windows home 64 bit version: 17763.737

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
