The three things that generally use up battery power the most are screen brightness, processor usage, and graphics usage.

So, if you have the brightness at 50% and are looking at a spreadsheet stored locally, the battery might last for hours.

If you have the screen brightness at 100% and are streaming full HD video real-time, the battery will run out a LOT faster.

So, what is it you are doing with the PC?

Also, have you checked the battery charge level? IF not, you can check the battery to some extent using Powershell built into Windows 10. as follows:
1) Press Windows key + X
2) Click Powershell in the menu
3) Type powercfg /batteryreport

This will generate a report and if you scroll down, you will see Design Capacity and Full Charge Capacity ratings. If the Full Charge Capacity is much less than 100% of the Design Capacity, it is faulty and needs to be replaced.
