The error means that the EFI system partition (ESP) on the hard drive doesn't have enough free space for the update to W11. Your ESP is 100 or 260 MB in size.

 

You need either to increase the size of the ESP or delete files on it.

 

Microsoft's recommended solution, as shown below, is to delete the 'Fonts' folder in the EFI\Microsoft\Boot directory. You need to do this in command prompt.

If you are not comfortable with this command prompt operation, let us know. You can try something else.

 

If you rather want to increase the size of the ESP, most of the work needs to be done in command prompt, requiring you to run a series of command lines. This video shows how to do it.
