The error means that the EFI system partition (ESP) on the hard drive doesn't have enough free space for the update to W11. Your ESP is 100 or 260 MB in size.
You need either to increase the size of the ESP or delete files on it.
Microsoft's recommended solution, as shown below, is to delete the 'Fonts' folder in the EFI\Microsoft\Boot directory. You need to do this in command prompt.
