my new hp notebook's gpu fan always working on maximum speed. i tryed bios update, drivers update, bios fan control setting always on enable,disable and  gpu hybrid mode discrete mode. even gpu is 35'C still full speed fan but cpu fan is working well.

I have a couple of suggestions.

 

1) Reset the embedded controller (EC).. From power off, hold down the Windows key + the B key and press the power button while still holding the aforementioned keys. Hold the keys down for 11 seconds.

 

2) reinstall the chipset drivers.

3) Use PC compressed air in a can to clean the intake/exhaust ports in your notebook.

The problem came back. I think it's a hardware problem, about E.C.
