Okay had to send pc in for repair about a month ago to hp
when I sent it in I had 16 gb optane memory install which came with laptop when I made purchase ok when I got it back from hp no optane memory shows up no way disk manager, bios, are device manager. product# 4AK78UA [Personal Information Removed]

I understand that after repair you are unable to see the option memory.
I have checked the specification and manual
Your product does not support optane memory.

ok photo up load did work as you can see on the box that the laptop came it says 16 gb optane memory so it was either supposed to have unless the laptop i bought got put in wrong box at the place it was built are there was a misprint on box either way not my fault if either one of those things happen i want a new computer shipped to me with the 16 gb optane memory at hp cost because that would be miss advertisement.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
