Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello,

My battery shows plugged in and not charging.

Some times the keyboard stuck at certain letter and i need to deattach the screen and attach it again to stop typing this letter and so on.

Battery test shows secondary battery is not present (60).

I updated bios to f14 and nothing changed.

I opened my laptop and see that my secondary battery is normal with no swollen or any defect.

Please i want to know whether my secondary battery must be replaced or there is any electric problem since once the ac power is unplugged the keyboard works fine.

Thank you

Not sure about your keyboard problem, but I did have the same problem with a new battery not charging.  Turns out that the new battery was defective and another new battery solved the problem.  As for a battery looking normal from the outside doesn't mean it is okay on the inside.  I don't know the age of your note book, but it seems you have a very old operating system (Win 8.1, 32 bit).  Batteries have a limited life span and if your battery is an original battery, it probably needs to be replaced.  I would try replacing the battery first before trying to troubleshoot any hardware issues.
