Hello,

 

I have an HP Pavilion Notebook -15-p107ne  with :

 

MotherBorad : Hewlett-Packard 2281 (U3E1) 

Cpu: Intel Core i5 4210U @ 1.70GHz

Graphic card:  Intel HD Graphics Family (HP) + 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 840M (HP)

 

is it possible to upgrade the cpu and the graphic card to faster and better ones ?

CPU and Graphics are soldered to the system board.

 

So unless you want to replace the system board then the answer to both is NO.
