as long as my power supply is connected to my laptop my laptop is running, as soon as i disconnect the power supply my laptop shuts down immediately, although the akku capacity is at 91%.
Does anyone know if it is the akku, the power supply or the power inlet from the laptop that is causing the problem?

@simbaleone72, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Power Problems on HP Notebook PCs!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your laptop only operates when connected to the power supply and shuts down immediately when disconnected, despite the battery showing a high capacity like 91%, there might be an issue with your battery. Here are the steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Remove Devices and Perform a Hard Reset
To determine whether you need to contact HP or troubleshoot the battery, perform a hard reset.
Note: A hard reset does not affect data saved on your computer.
Hard or Force Reset a Fixed Battery
- Turn off the computer.
- Disconnect the AC adapter.
- Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
- Disconnect all nonessential devices such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.
- Do not disconnect your mouse, keyboard, or monitor.
- With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 25 seconds.
- Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.
- Be sure that you use the AC adapter that was shipped with the computer.
If the Computer Does Not Turn On
Keep the AC adapter connected and allow the computer to charge for 30 minutes, then press the power button. If there is no noise from the computer case or fans, the lights on the computer do not turn on (including the keyboard lights), and the screen does not receive a video signal, your computer might not be receiving power.
If the Computer Turns On
If the computer starts, keep the AC adapter connected and allow the computer to charge for 1 to 2 hours. If the battery does not charge, continue troubleshooting to test the battery for failures.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
