Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

as long as my power supply is connected to my laptop my laptop is running, as soon as i disconnect the power supply my laptop shuts down immediately, although the akku capacity is at 91%.

Does anyone know if it is the akku, the power supply or the power inlet from the laptop that is causing the problem?
