I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to download the drivers for your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Below is the link to download all the drivers for your computer.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-n000-notebook-pc-series/5401225/mode...

NOTE: You can change the operating system to the one you are using currently. The above link is for Windows 7 drivers.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊

Thanks.  However, my model = Elite x2 1011 G1.  I was using the other article as an example of ongoing issue.

Thank you for the information.

I recommend you contact support as in this forum we support only consumer products and the computer that you have is commercial.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Cheers!
