Does my motherboard in notebook have a connector "M2" for SSD? Which SSD can you recommend, the capacity must be about 480 gb?

According to chapter 1 page 2, your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports SATA SSD's, not NVMe.
You should be able to get this compatible model SSD in Russia...
