The "R" key on my keyboard is not working and it seems like it's a global issue with the HP omen 15 2020 models. It was initially working and then it stopped and again it started working and now it's not working at all. I am using the virtual keyboard to type this now. Below is the list of people who have faced the same issue and reported hee in the community.

There is no proper solution provided other than asking them to take it to the service center as it is a hardware issue. I can understand that this can only be achieved through a hardware workaround. But since it is a manufacturing problem from the HP side, what are you going to do about it? Please don't provide the usual troubleshooting answer, I have already done all the possible solutions that you have provided in the various posts and it still doesn't work.

Thank you,
