Hello dear HP support community, I had 3200mhz 2x4GB ram. I uninstalled them and installed 2x8GB 3200mhz ram instead. But problems have occurred, for example bios says 3000mhz and shows 2666mhz in tests. Can you help me please? I wish you a good day

Was the 3200Mhz RAM installed previously working at 3200Mhz? Did it come with 3200Mhz RAM?

Thanks,

yes it used to write 3200 mhz previously. I removed it to increase the amount of memory, installed 3200mhz new ram but now it says 3000.
