which says it has Memoria: 4 GB DDR3L de SDRAM (1 DIMM) now.
It only has 1 slot of RAM and you can replace 4GB with 8GB (max) using the following compatible RAM

What is your HP Convertible x360 11-ab0XX ? For example
Your machine should be very close specs and the above machine has 4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) RAM, that explains why your DDR4-2400 RAM won't fit.
