Should RAM be identical  if i want to upgrade and should be same company and same number and same Frequency

Ideally, that is the case -- should be identical to what you already have.

 

But, if you get the part number off the memory stick and look that up online, you will find the specs of that RAM -- and any other RAM stick with the same specs will work.
